Quality Policy
The ALTE SAFETY, Lda no âmbito do seu SGQ, compromete-se a:
- Satisfy the requirements of its customers, striving to know, respect and satisfy their needs;
- Comply with legal, regulatory and normative requirements, namely those relating to the areas of Quality, Safety, and Health and Hygiene at Work;
- Promote the personal and professional satisfaction of its employees, defining the functions of each one, ensuring an adequate level of training and making them aware of risk-based thinking and the need for continuous process improvement;
- Promote the best and most appropriate Safety Standards in force for each Client;
- Promote appropriate Health and Safety Conditions at Work that contribute to the prevention of incidents or accidents at work;
- Plan, supervise and ensure all activities of control of the training actions and services provided;
- Sensitize, motivate and involve all employees for management by processes through their commitment to the dissemination of this policy, the objectives of the Quality Management System and the Directorate's Mission;
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers and entities with whom they relate, so that they assume quality commitments for their products / services;
- Respect the Environment in carrying out its activities through the prevention of pollution, continuously reducing the production of waste and the consumption of resources; and
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and continuously improve its performance.
This Policy is a commitment of the Management of Alte Safety, which promotes through the Management the necessary means for its implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement and assesses its adequacy in relation to the competences and mission of Alte Safety.
It is the responsibility of all Alte Safety employees to observe this Policy, at all times of their activity, not only as a guide, but above all as a true commitment to their action.
The Quality Policy is disseminated through the internal network, meetings, Quality Manuals, Procedures, Reception and awareness-raising actions, which can be reviewed annually, or whenever necessary, by the Administration
